We must receive payment in full for your order before it can be accepted. Once your credit card has been authorised and the stock has been checked, we will send you an email receipt confirming your order. Please keep this receipt for your records.

We can only accept orders for items that are in stock. If we are not able to fulfil an order we have accepted, your credit card will be re-credited with the original price and we will notify you by email. In no circumstances will we be liable to you for any additional amounts.

We reserve the right to refuse to supply to any person for whatever reason. We also reserve the right to withdraw any goods from the Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on the Website. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our: withdrawing of any goods from the Website whether or not such goods have been sold; removing or editing content on the Website, or, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

You can pay online with any of the following credit/debit cards: Visa or MasterCard credit card or by Switch, Solo or Delta debit card. To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read your details as they are sent to us over the Internet.

Orders placed by email or phone and not paid for by credit or debit card will only be processed once payment has been received and cleared.

All prices are shown on our website, are quoted in British Sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT).  The current rate of VAT is 20%.

Non-EU customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these costs will be – please consult your local customs office for more information.

We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the goods in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled). In the event of an order being cancelled, any payment made for the goods will be refunded in full.

All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch (normally the same day or next day). If you do cancel the contract within this time, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
